Our company, in PROJEKT LOUNY ENGINEERING s.r.o., was founded in February 1991. Our head office is located in Louny, and we have further site in Teplice. We offer services in the areas of designing, budgeting, engineering activities, geodetic surveying, geological works, advisory and consultation activities for the building industry. With its ownership structure, the company belongs to the ČEZ Group.
On 1 February 1991 in PROJEKT LOUNY ENGINEERING s.r.o. was established in Louny as “in PROJEKT LOUNY”. In mid-1992 the company was transformed into a limited liability company.
In 2012 the initial partners sold their shares and at that time the partners were ČEZ Energetické produkty, s.r.o. and ČEZ Inženýring, s.r.o. and Mr Pavel Mrzena.
Since 01.11.2017 the ownership structure has been as follows:
100% ČEZ Energetické produkty, s.r.o.
With effect from 1.11.2021 is the company in PROJEKT LOUNY ENGINEERING s.r.o. as a controlled entity part of a group controlled by ČEZ, a. s., as a managing entity.
This notification is made in accordance with the provisions of Section 79, Paragraph 3 of Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on Business Corporations, as amended.
The company currently has a stabilised core staff, including authorised engineers.
The company has been certified according to ČSN EN ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 for all activities which are covered by the trade licence as well as for execution of buildings by way of supervising subcontractors.
